Visibility to collection leads, which are assigned to Collection Agents and all internal and external stakeholders are made available through ‘Watch Bucket Manager’. It also prioritizes the delinquent connections based on customer segment and previous engagement history of the customer, while delivering engagement intelligence proposing the most appropriate channel and time to communicate with a customer. Watch Bucket Manager can be extended towards 3rd party debt collectors associated with the client organization, giving visibility to total collection effort.
