Heshana is a chartered accountant by profession and possesses over 20 years of experience in diverse industry sectors both in manufacturing and services. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants, Sri Lanka and has been an active member heading various professional committees of the institute. Heshana holds his MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He obtained his BSc Accountancy (special) degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He also has a Masters in Financial Economics from the University of Colombo. Heshana is the Group Chief Finance Officer of the David Peiris Group.

Thilina has 18 years of experience as a technology marketer in the banking and financial services industry sector with a passion for techno-entrepreneurship. He has been successful in wining large and mission-critical IT projects of both the state and corporate sector for his employers. He holds a BSc degree in Business Management from Monash University, Australia, and MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is a director and the Chief Operating Officer of Avonet Technologies.

Sachith is a renowned software architect who has designed several award-winning software solutions that brought glory and fame to Sri Lanka. He has 18 years of experience as a software engineer and as an architect in the BFSI and Telco sectors. He is passionate in new technologies and has demonstrated his competence by developing technology roadmaps for famous software solutions suites. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Software Engineering from Charles Sturt University, Australia and MSc in project management. He is also a director and the Chief Technology Officer of Avonet Technologies.

Niroshan, a conceptualist and a seasoned solutions architect has been in the software industry for over 20 years. An engineering graduate from the University of Moratuwa with a BSc degree in Computer Science & Engineering, he has worked for leading global software firms in Sri Lanka and Australia with a progressive career especially in the fintech and energy domains. Niroshan obtained his MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Niroshan is a member of the Chartered Institution of Marketing (UK) and holds PMP certification from PMI (USA). He is also the Chief Officer, Digital Initiatives of David Peiris Group.

Jayaraj popularly known as Sayan has been in the IT industry for over 17 years. He is an engineering graduate from the University of Peradeniya holding a BSc (Hons) degree in computer engineering. He also has his MBA obtained from Buckinghamshire New University, UK. He has obtained several certifications in IT security and networking. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and also holds PMP certification from PMI (USA). He is a visiting lecturer attached to the IT faculty of the Chartered Institute of Accountants, Sri Lanka. He is also the Chief Information Officer of the David Peiris Group.

Manj counts 17 years of experience in software engineering and project management. He holds a BSc degree in Software Engineering and MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK. With an exceptional capability in PR, Manj drives business development activities in Australia, North America and New Zealand based in Adelaide. He is a director and the Chief Business Development Officer of Avonet Technologies.

COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH

We at Affiniti Innovations know how important it is to create new knowledge. As a technology leader in the DMS and CRM verticals, it is our obligation to the stakeholders and the ecosystem. In this regard, we have active collaborations with several leading universities in search of invention and innovation opportunities. These open innovation initiatives have created ample opportunities for our valued clients for co-creations.

Affiniti collaborative research initiatives are taking place at the University of Kelaniya, the University of Moratuwa, and the University of Jaffna. Some of the projects have received state funding as well.
